The Adult Discipleship Ministry is sponsoring a day-long “HeART Steps” retreat at Ft. King on October 1.
This program, led by Jessica McCune and Jillian Ramsammy, will teach practical skills for self-renewal to make room for more joy in our hearts. The day will include prayer, writing, art, music, and sharing stories. No formal fee, but $20 donation to cover costs and light lunch is suggested. Our beloved friend George, resigned his soul to God on July 28, 2022. George, a native of Ocala was a very patriotic man who loved God, his family, his country, and his church. A memorial service is planned at our church for Saturday August 27, 2022 at 11:00 AM. You may attend in-person or via Zoom. Details to follow. Just two short months ago, George read scripture during a worship service. If you missed it, here it is. ***Zoom opens early at 10:00 AM, for anyone wishing to test audio/video connections and pre-worship chat. Worship Service starts at 10:30 AM.

We will be using our creativity and upcycled materials to make all kinds of percussion instruments this Sunday afternoon -- drums, rain sticks, tambourines, maracas, and more.
