The Adult Discipleship Ministry is sponsoring a day-long “HeART Steps” retreat at Ft. King on October 1.
This program, led by Jessica McCune and Jillian Ramsammy, will teach practical skills for self-renewal to make room for more joy in our hearts.
The day will include prayer, writing, art, music, and sharing stories. No formal fee, but $20 donation to cover costs and light lunch is suggested.
