FREE TAI CHI/QIGONG.
Everyone is welcome to join us for a little light movement every Thursday afternoon at 3 pm (currently being held via Zoom).
We do easy-to-follow Tai Chi and qigong moves. It will relax and rejuvenate you!
The moves are good for your health and well-being!
